"Why did you choose to join Oscar?"

Having worked part time in a telesales role throughout my studies, I felt that this was a position that would challenge and push me out of my comfort zone.

I had several interviews when searching for my first graduate job but what attracted me to Oscar was the innovative training scheme they offer for graduates and the feeling of success I got from the open plan working environment, which was buzzing with activity.

I am now coming up to my third year with Oscar and have already started to build a team around me, having reached Lead Consultant level. This has been a great opportunity for me to experience a managerial role at a young age which has been incredibly rewarding and exemplifies how Oscar values your continued progression and offers a long-term career path.
