NORA Awards - Five Reasons We're Amongst the Finalists!

It’s November, which can only mean one thing in the Recruitment world – awards season.


Tuxedos have been pressed, tickets have been printed and numerous trains down to London have been booked (a few more awards ceremonies held up here in t’North would be great!).

Following our company-wide rebrand and new website launch in September last year, the National Online Recruitment Awards (NORAs) were the very first awards we entered – finishing in the final five of the Best Large Recruitment Agency category alongside some very esteemed global agencies.

Three award wins and ten shortlistings later (five of which are yet to announce the winner), we’re back amongst the NORA contenders as one of only five entrants to be named as finalists in multiple categories – Best Large Recruitment Agency and a surprise nomination as Best Small Employer, which focuses on our online efforts to attract talented recruiters to join the Oscar team.

Almost 600 websites were nominated, with just 76 making it to the final stages.

As an IT and Technology Recruitment Agency, we’re delighted to be repeatedly recognised for our web presence.
