July has been a strong month for our Oscar Wildcats, with professional PB’s attained, excellent results achieved, and even more new starters onboarded. We’re incredibly proud to announce the news of three fantastic promotions and share about our top achievers from July.
Promotions US
A massive well done to newly promoted Recruitment Consultants Claire Mraz, Anthony DiOttavio and Senior Consultant Sam Myers.
Claire Mraz joined our Oscar Wildcats team as a Resource Consultant just seven weeks ago and has immediately shown her worth within our Oscar Technology brand. She’s not only been a brilliant addition to our Scottsdale team, but she’s also delivered impressive solutions to our clients across the US. We have no doubt that Claire will continue doing an amazing job sourcing the very best Robotics and Automation professionals. Congratulations on your first of many promotions to come, Claire.
Also stepping up to Recruitment Consultant this month in our Philly office is Anthony DiOttavio. Anthony has also proven to be a fantastic addition to our Oscar Technology team. He’s resilient, enthusiastic and proactive about creating amazing results - all key attributes of a top-tier Oscar Wildcat. We know that Anthony will excel as he now steps up to specialize in finding the very best ServiceNow Digital Transformation talent. Keep up the top work, Ant.
Sam Myers celebrated his second super year as part of our Oscar Wildcats team last month, where his hard work and drive has created an impressive amount of personal and professional growth for himself. Our newly promoted Senior Consultant has not only built a brilliant reputation for himself with Oscar Tech’s clients and candidates, but he’s also proudly earned two top promotions and has become a consistent player in our Salesforce recruitment team. This promotion is thoroughly deserved and we’re very excited for all the opportunities to come in the next chapter of Sam’s Oscar journey!
Our Consultants Of The Month For July
Manager of the Month was awarded to Oscar Construction’s Senior Manager, Ieuan Davies. Ieuan has taken our Houston Office and Oscar Construction brand from strength-to-strength over the past three years. He’s always leading by example and encouraging everyone to strive for more. Thanks for all your hard work, Ieuan!
Our Austin COTM went to Recruitment Consultant, Caitlin Cooper. Caitlin has become a powerful player in Oscar Energy’s team success over the past few months and we’ve loved watching her reap the rewards of all her hard work and consistency. Keep up the great work, Caitlin Cooper.
Senior Consultant, Kenneth Grant was awarded Houston’s Consultant of the Month. Kenny’s not only built a brilliant reputation for himself within the Heavy Civil market across Florida, but he’s also worked incredibly hard to become a consistent player in the Houston team’s monthly success. Well done, Kenny. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.
Tampa’s COTM went to Recruitment Consultant, Symantha Senn-Busingye. Our Identity Access Management recruitment guru has continued to impress us, from the very beginning of her Oscar journey. She’s successfully grown her personal brand, stepped up to co-organise networking events and has nurtured the relationships with her candidates and clients. You’re doing a great job, Symantha.
Over in our Philadelphia office, Thomas Burnell was crowned COTM for July. Tommy’s excellent work ethic and consistent impressive results have made him a very influential player in our ServiceNow team and a brilliant mentor for his peers around him in the Philly office. Keep smashing it Tommy.
Our San Diego COTM went to Senior Consultant, Carlos Lugo. Not only is he an excellent recruiter within the renewables space, but Carlos is also always giving up his time to support and encourage the new trainees and wider team in the San Diego office to excel. He is a true team player and this award is fully deserved. Well done, Carlos!
Our Resource Consultant of the Month award was awarded to newly promoted Recruitment Consultant, Claire Mraz. Lisa Davis, from our Tampa office was awarded July’s Unsung Hero Award. No tasks is ever too big or too small for our fantastic Office Administrative, she’s always going above and beyond to help any of our Oscar Wildcats. Lisa was also incredible in helping our Philly team to have a seamless move into their brand-new bigger and better office last month. Thanks for everything, Lisa. We couldn’t do it without you!
