June was full of celebration and growth across our global Oscar Wildcats team, from a dedicated Pride Month of celebration and education, increased new starters onboarded, to promotions and new PB’s achieved. So, we couldn’t be happier to share the news of the following fantastic promotions and top achievers of the month.
Promotions US
A massive well done to newly promoted Recruitment Consultants, Katie Krumm and Rebeca Joffe.
This month, Katie Krumm has proudly earned her first promotion to Recruitment Consultant. She’s made a great start to her recruitment journey under guidance from our very own Elixir recruitment specialist, Greg Medland. Katie's great at making things happen and she always radiates positivity. A massive congratulations on your first promotion, Katie. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for you at Oscar.
Also receiving her first promotion to Recruitment Consultant is Rebeca Joffe. Rebeca joined our #OscarWildcats team as a Resource Consultant just two months ago and has hit the ground running. She’s shown great enthusiasm and has quickly become accomplished at providing Oscar Construction’s clients with the very best Heavy Civil professionals. We have no doubt that she’ll continue to succeed. Well done, Rebeca. We’re very excited to see what you achieve next!
Our US Consultants of the Month:
At the start of each month, we reflect and recognize the special accomplishments achieved by our Oscar Wildcats by presenting them with our Consultants of the Month awards.
Manager of the Month was awarded to Oscar Construction’s Senior Manager, Ieuan Davies. Ieuan repeatedly produces exceptional talent solutions for our clients, all whilst working incredibly hard to build his growing team of high-performing consultants too. Thanks for all your hard work, Ieuan!
Our Austin COTM went to recently promoted, Senior Consultant Jenna Cohen. Our Ruby on Rails recruitment specialist delivers impressive results, shows an excellent work ethic and has been an influential player in her team’s success every month. Keep up the great work, Jenna.
Lead Consultant, Rob Payne was awarded Houston’s Consultant of the Month. Rob’s extensive recruitment expertise continues to be instrumental to his success each month. Not to mention he’s a great mentor and role model for everyone around him. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, Rob.
Tampa’s COTM went to Oscar Technology’s rising recruitment star, Symantha Senn-Busingye. Our Identity Access Management recruitment guru has made a super start to her Oscar journey, working extremely hard to grow her own network and build long-lasting relationships. You’re doing a great job, Symantha.
Over in our Philadelphia office, Sam Myers was crowned COTM for June. Oscar Tech’s Recruitment Consultant has an excellent work ethic and is always pushing to better himself each day. His ambitious drive to succeed is certainly helping him to create a competitive consistency with his results. Keep smashing it Sam.
Our San Diego COTM went to Senior Consultant, Olivia Bettison. Liv recently relocated to our sunny San Diego Office and has been living her best life ever since. Her extensive knowledge of the sustainability sector has been highly influential to her on-going success within our Oscar Energy brand. Congrats on the relocation and receiving the COTM award, Liv!
Our Resource Consultant of the Month award was awarded to Oscar Constructions’ newly promoted Recruitment Consultant, Rebeca Joffe. Rebeca has made a very impressive start to her recruitment career, since joining us two months ago. Her hard work, enthusiasm and drive to succeed has led her to receive her first promotion this month and we can’t wait to see what she achieves next. Well done, Rebeca.
Molly McCormack, from our Austin office was awarded June’s Unsung Hero Award. Our Office Administrative Assistant always ensures that everything remains running smoothly and always goes out of her way to help everyone. She also did an amazing job at organizing and running the brilliant Pride celebrations across our six US offices last month. Thanks for all your hard work, Molly. We really appreciate you!
