The Role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to inherit a small team of highly skilled consultants who together are billing in excess of £1 million+ per annum from our Head Office in central Manchester.

In the last 18 months we have doubled our contractor runner book globally, and we are looking for an ambitious individual to take this particular team to the next level and continue the success story.

We are searching for a Leader who has a strong appetite to generate results and develop individuals at varying experience levels in an environment surrounded by successful people. In turn the role will be a key contributor towards the achievement of our ambitious vision and aggressive (but sustainable) growth plans.

The role is of a Billing Manager and you will be accountable and equally rewarded by both your individual and the team's ongoing achievements. You will lead from the front, setting a great example with your positive attitude and aptitude for finding solutions for your team, your clients and your candidates. We desire a mixture of methods in your recruitment skills portfolio - traditional and cutting edge - we believe that fortune favours the bold and are never afraid to employ new approaches.

We have a dynamic yet integrated culture and your team has the full support from our dedicated back office team who are specialists in contractor-care, compliance and on boarding allowing our Consultants to do what they are best at. Reporting directly into the UK Sales Director you will be responsible for the day to day culture and activity of the team and providing direction, creating new business opportunities to develop new clients, enhancing and strengthening relationships with existing accounts and encourages to spend time networking with stakeholders and the client and contractor community outside of the office, representing Oscar in the best possible way.

This role has huge development potential, which we are happy to talk you through - there are group plans in place to grow the careers of all staff in a transparent manner, and the end goal of Directorship is achievable and has been demonstrated by 3 others still in the business that have been in a Team Manager role.
