This is the perfect time for a managing consultant to lead from the front in an environment where you will be given the autonomy to shape the culture and future success of the London office.

You will inherit a small team of consultants who have recently taken their first steps into Recruitment; they are now developing through our industry leading training through our School of Excellence and are really starting to carve a promising future for them and us.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage and support the day to day development of a team of recruitment consultants through inspiring, developing and motivating.
  • Use a variety of Business Development methods to win and develop new and existing client relationships
  • Proactively going out to meet with new and existing clients and candidates in London
  • Attracting the very best Technology talent to the region in a full 360 role which will include sales and client development, networking, headhunting / sourcing, negotiating and closing multiple deals

What you will bring

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing their own business within a vertical discipline and geographical area
  • You will already have a proven track record as a successful recruiter with at least 3 years experience within the IT/Technology industry and this will be evidenced by your previous billing history
  • You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a leadership and management role
  • Effective client and candidate management skills
  • You will know exactly what you want to achieve and where you want to go next with a clear road map of personal and career goals
  • You will have strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative to maintain a solutions focussed attitude
