About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing financial services company known for its data-driven culture and customer-focused approach. They are expanding their analytics capabilities and seeking a mid-senior level Data Analyst to join the Marketing team to support both B2B and B2C initiatives.
Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will transform marketing and customer data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance. You'll work closely with marketing stakeholders to support campaign optimisation, customer acquisition, and engagement strategies across both B2B and B2C audiences.
This role is primarily remote, with office attendance twice a month in London.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver actionable insights to support B2B and B2C marketing strategies
Analyse marketing performance, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness
Extract, manipulate, and analyse data using SQL
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
Use Google Analytics to track and optimise digital performance
Apply Python for advanced analysis, automation, and data modelling
Partner closely with marketing teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
Present insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical and senior stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance standards
Contribute to continuous improvements in reporting, data quality, and analytical processes
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a mid-senior Data Analyst role, ideally within marketing or customer analytics
Demonstrated experience delivering insights for both B2B and B2C clients
Strong SQL skills (essential)
Hands-on experience with Power BI
Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics
Experience using Python for data analysis or automation
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience within financial services or a regulated environment is desirable
Ability to translate complex data into clear, commercially focused insights
