You will join a Strategic Partnerships function within a wider operations team, responsible for onboarding, managing and growing relationships with key clients and partners. These include a major UK mobile network's national rewards programme, a leading renewable energy provider, employee benefits platforms, and cinema partners across the UK and internationally.

The role requires a proactive relationship owner who consistently delivers outstanding service, ensures contractual obligations are met, and identifies opportunities for growth and additional revenue across both existing partnerships and new prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships across UK and international cinema partnership portfolios.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to design initiatives that increase engagement and product uptake.
  • Work closely with international stakeholder teams to build long-term, value-driven partnerships.
  • Apply broad commercial and industry knowledge across marketing, technical, data, insight and operational functions.
  • Lead and contribute confidently in client meetings, presenting performance updates, product developments and market insights.
  • Use data and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to respond efficiently to client requests and deliver solutions.
  • Prepare performance reporting and actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to resolve challenges effectively.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met, maintaining compliance and trust.
  • Support the development and execution of partnership growth strategies alongside senior leadership.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Confident, proactive and self-motivated, with a clear track record of delivering against objectives.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with experience driving growth through partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating across both informal and senior stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in a client management, partnerships or account management role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and partnership-led business models.

Additional Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication capability.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative, strategic and commercially focused.
  • IT confident, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong industry awareness.
  • Able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
