Tech Lead - C# .NET/AWS/Angular - Hybrid - Nottingham - £65,000 - £75,000

The Role

An exciting and innovative software house are looking for an experienced and hands-on Tech Lead to join their growing technology team.

You will remain hands on, leading from the front whilst using the latest and greatest technologies and methods to deliver sophisticated solutions that are delivered all over the globe. It's a technical leadership position that keeps you close to the codebase, where you'll champion engineering best practices, support delivery, and ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and high quality.

You'll collaborate closely with architects, product managers, and key stakeholders to help define and deliver effective technical solutions. Alongside this, you'll mentor and support developers, helping to build a strong, high-performing team culture.

Requirements:

• C# ASP.NET, C# .NET 9/10
• AWS (Azure considered)
• TypeScript
• Angular 16+
• NoSQL DBs
• Demonstrated experience leading in an Agile environment
• Mentoring / 1-to-1 experience

Desirables:

• Messaging systems (RabbitMQ / MassTransit)
• Experience with TDD / DDD principles
• Microservices architecture experience
• Maths/Physics Background

The salary for this role is between £65,000 - £75,000. This is a hybrid position offering 3 days WFH per week, alongside an excellent benefits package including a 5% matched pension scheme, life and critical illness cover, salary-sacrifice options, free parking, flexi time, plus 25 days holiday (increasing with service) plus bank holidays plus more.
