**Leading on projects - VMware & Hyper-V, Storage, Backup, DR, Design and Delivery of projects

** Clietn facing design, delivery & documentation of solutions

What you'll bring:

• Strong experience with VMware, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS, DR tooling (Veeam, Commvault, Zerto)

• Projects and System Design Experience

• Solid Windows Server and AD skills (GPO, DNS, DHCP, IIS, RDS)

• Azure knowledge across networking, storage, and server management

• Good grounding in networking (Cisco/Meraki), monitoring tools, and PowerShell

• A proactive mindset, sharp troubleshooting skills, and technical leadership ability

What you'll be doing:

• Design and delivery infrastructure projects

• Designing and effectively documenting solutions

• Leading investigations, resolving issues, and managing 3rd-party escalations

• Maintaining systems, applications, hardware, and cloud platforms

• Driving change, ensuring security by design, and supporting operational projects

• Coaching colleagues and championing best practices
