Base: Up to £200,000 DOE + uncapped commission

The Role

A leading global financial services business is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new corporate FX and international payments business across the UK.

This is a pure new-business / hunter role, with ownership of the full 360° sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation, close and onboarding.

What You'll Sell

You'll advise UK businesses on their international FX and payment requirements, including:

• Spot FX and international payments
• Forward FX and hedging solutions
• Currency exposure and risk management
• Cross-border payments and collections
• FX pricing, execution and payment technology

You'll identify businesses with meaningful international currency exposure and demonstrate how your solutions can improve their pricing, risk management, cash flow and payment processes.

Who You'll Sell To

Target clients will range from SMEs and mid-market businesses through to corporate and blue-chip organisations, typically engaging with:

• CFOs & Finance Directors
• Treasurers
• CEOs / Founders
• Heads of Finance

You'll be expected to build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, partnerships and your existing network.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' B2B sales experience in FX, international payments or financial services
• Strong understanding of Spot, Forwards, hedging and FX markets
• Proven track record of winning new corporate business
• Existing senior-level network and strong C-suite selling ability
• Consultative, commercially minded approach
• Comfortable owning a 360° sales process and working autonomously
• Genuine hunter mentality with a strong track record against revenue targets

• Up to £200k base + uncapped commission.
