Junior ERP Developer (Epicor) - Pennsylvania

We're looking for a Junior ERP Developer with Epicor experience who is eager to grow their career within a collaborative technology team supporting a global manufacturing organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on Epicor development exposure who wants to deepen their technical skills, work closely with functional teams, and contribute to the evolution of a modern ERP environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, customize, and support Epicor ERP (E10 / Kinetic) solutions

• Assist in building customizations, BPMs, dashboards, and reports

• Support system integrations and API development

• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide ongoing system support

• Contribute to ERP upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Document development work, system processes, and technical solutions

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience supporting or developing within an ERP environment

• Exposure to Epicor ERP (E10 or Kinetic) development

• Experience with C#, .NET, SQL, or REST APIs

• Understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Epicor customizations, BPMs, or integrations

• Knowledge of Epicor REST services or Epicor Functions

• Exposure to Power BI or reporting tools

• Manufacturing industry experience
