The Role

Our client is looking for a NetSuite Business Consultant with a strong background in manufacturing and wholesale distribution environments. In this role, you'll act as a key link between operational teams and system capabilities, helping businesses streamline production, supply chain, and inventory processes through effective use of NetSuite.

You'll lead client-facing sessions to understand workflows across areas such as production planning, order management, procurement, and fulfillment, translating these into practical ERP solutions. The position also involves supporting system implementations, delivering user training, resolving functional challenges, and driving ongoing system and process improvements post go-live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document requirements across manufacturing and distribution operations
  • Configure and support NetSuite processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Work Orders & Assemblies, and production lifecycles
  • Support inventory control, warehousing, and supply chain workflows
  • Design solutions, create test scripts, and manage deployments from sandbox to production
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for system and process issues
  • Deliver functional training and best practice guidance to users
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders from operational teams through to senior leadership

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with NetSuite ERP within manufacturing and/or distribution businesses
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end operational workflows in product-based organizations
  • Experience contributing to or leading ERP implementations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear, effective solutions
  • Familiarity with advanced modules and third-party integrations
