We are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Construction Superintendent for a large-scale industrial manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for overseeing field operations, coordinating craft labor and trade partners, driving schedules, and ensuring safe, high-quality project execution within a fast-paced construction environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial or industrial construction with hands-on building experience and proven leadership managing field teams, site logistics, scheduling, and day-to-day operations within a manufacturing or prefabrication setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction activities, subcontractors, foremen, and craft labor onsite
  • Drive project schedules, including short-term look-ahead planning
  • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, inspections, and site logistics
  • Review drawings and construction documents to identify constructability issues and resolve field conflicts
  • Lead site meetings, preconstruction planning, and safety initiatives
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and project progress throughout execution
  • Support hiring, training, mentoring, and development of field personnel
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and project requirements
  • Collaborate closely with project leadership, engineering teams, and operations personnel

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of construction experience with supervisory or superintendent-level leadership experience
  • Background in industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or prefabrication construction environments preferred
  • Experience managing schedules, logistics, manpower planning, and field execution
  • Ability to lead multiple crews and coordinate across several scopes of work
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with construction documents, project coordination, and field operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general construction software/tools
  • Trade background or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
