Wind Superintendent

• 10-15+ years construction/supervision
• Ideally 10+ years of wind
• Utility-scale wind experience
• Turbine erection / WTG installation experience
• Ground-up wind construction
• Experience with GE, Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, etc.
• Self-perform experience
• Large crews
• 100+ craft is a major plus
• Has managed multiple foremen
• Ideally has managed other Superintendents
• Crane and rigging knowledge
• Heavy lift experience
• Understands turbine erection sequencing
• Understands foundations/civil interfaces
• Understands electrical subcontractor interfaces
• Strong schedule management
• 3-6 week look-aheads
• 90-day planning
• P6 / Primavera / Procore / MS Project or similar
• Budget/cost awareness
• Manpower planning
• Subcontractor management
• Field/client/owner communication
• Safety leadership
• Mentoring/coaching
• Strong field presence and credibility
• Comfortable traveling nationally
• Comfortable with long rotations
