Adrianna Hailey.

My desk is centered around recruiting the people who keep projects on schedule and on budget: project managers, senior PMs, estimators, superintendents from Super I up to General Super, project engineers and coordinators, and field leadership down to the foreman level.

 

My focus is heavy civil and heavy highway, including TxDOT highway and bridge, wet and underground utility, trenchless, site development, and large-scale data center civil packages. 

 

This spans across the Texas Triangle and surrounding areas. I work with clients from the top to the bottom in size and revenue. At the end of the day, I just want to make sure you know I'm here as a partner to you and your team, not just a resume generator. Long term relationships are my ultimate goal!

 

 

Before Oscar, I held a Pharmacy Technician license while I went to University (yes, I sold drugs to pay for school). After college, I got my Real Estate Agent license while I worked across a couple of different sales positions.

 

Outside of work, I travel to see my friends and family. When I'm not exploring the insides of cars and planes, I'm exploring the city with my best friends! Occasionally, I'll get real adventurous and enjoy my rent!
