About me.
With over 26 years' experience in the recruitment industry, I lead the finance function across Oscar's UK and US businesses, ensuring our financial strategy, governance and operations support the continued growth of the Group. As Group Finance Director, I work closely with the leadership team to provide commercial insight, drive operational efficiencies and maintain robust financial controls, while leading a dedicated and talented finance team whose expertise and commitment are instrumental to the success of the business.
I believe finance should be a strategic partner, providing clear, practical guidance that enables informed decision-making across the business. Whether supporting growth, improving processes or navigating complex commercial challenges, I'm passionate about delivering solutions that create long-term value while helping both the business and my team reach their full potential.
Outside of work, I'm a keen equestrian and an active member of Endurance GB. I spend much of my free time taking part in endurance events across the Peak District, Cheshire and Lancashire with my two horses. I also enjoy walking my dog, travelling overseas and making the most of every opportunity to spend quality time with my family.
