About me.
I have the privilege of leading Oscar’s U.S. business. I’ve been with Oscar for more than 15 years and what a journey it has been, working my way up through the ranks and building teams, markets, and offices along the way. Today, I’m focused on driving our growth across the United States, from our Austin office continuing to build a culture where people can genuinely thrive, through earnings, career growth whilst having fun along the way.
Recruitment, for me, has always been about more than filling roles. I’m genuinely passionate about creating opportunities - internally for our own people to build careers they’re proud of, and externally for candidates looking to take the next step in their professional journeys. On the client side, I’m driven by the challenge of helping companies solve real business problems through talent. When we get that right, everyone wins.
I’m married and a proud father of four - two boys and two girls - who keep life entertaining, humbling, and full of purpose. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me involved in football (or soccer, depending on who I’m talking to). I grew up playing the sport, competed semi-professionally, and earned a scholarship to attend university. These days, I stay connected by coaching in the community, which is something I absolutely love whilst also pushing myself physically… sometimes more than is sensible. I run marathons, compete in triathlons, and generally enjoy anything that challenges me to dig a little deeper.
