I’m a Recruitment Consultant at Oscar US, specializing in software engineering recruitment across the US. I work closely with leading hedge funds and trading firms, helping them secure the top 1% of technical talent in the market.

Before joining Oscar, I worked in driver recruitment, where I managed the recruitment process from sourcing and engaging candidates to screening applications and coordinating interviews. I work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Outside of work, I love travelling, trying new dinner spots, and boating on the like back home in Michigan.
