About me.
With two decades of experience in recruitment, with Oscar, I’d like to think I’ve seen it all. My background was sales side, working with candidates and clients, and I am quietly proud of setting up our tech recruitment division in 2006 – especially given the celebrated reputation Oscar has forged in the tech recruitment space.
The foreground is somewhat different. Running a recruitment business. Leading an ambitious, honest group of professionals who love what they do and have sky high expectations for themselves and their candidates and clients. Their passion is a differentiator for me. I see it every day with their creativity and problem solving and I am very proud to lead this group of top professionals and top people.
And our spirit and commitment remains the same.

And I remain driven to reach these positive outcomes with tech and data but always with a human approach; engagement, communication and genuine human empathy.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, supporting my local football club, nursing yet another running injury, or spending time with my family.
