A massive well done to Recruitment Consultant, Caitlin Cooper and Senior Consultant, Jenna Cohen.
This month, Caitlin Cooper has proudly earned her first promotion to Recruitment Consultant. Caitlin has only been with us for a few months, but she is incredibly hard-working and has been an exceptional addition to our Oscar Energy brand. She has also shown great enthusiasm for providing excellent solutions to our clients and creating outstanding results for her renewables team in Austin. Congrats on your first promotion, Caitlin. We can’t wait to see what your future holds at Oscar.
Jenna Cohen joined our #OscarWildcats team, as a Resource Consultant just last year and certainly hit the ground running with her recruitment career. Oscar Technology’s Ruby on Rails specialists has not only produced some fantastic results for herself and her team in our Austin office but she has also excelled at building long-lasting relationships with her candidates and clients. We have no doubt that Jenna will continue to succeed in her new position, and we’re excited to see what she achieves next on her Oscar journey. Well done on your promotion, Jenna!
Our US Consultants of the Month for May
Manager of the Month was awarded to Greg Medland. He continues to excel as Senior Manager of Oscar Technology’s Functional Programming team and has built a fantastic team of consultants who are evidently following in his footsteps of success too. Thanks for all your hard work, Greg.
Our Austin COTM went our newly promoted Senior Consultant, Jenna Cohen. Jenna’s expertise in the Ruby on Rails space has been instrumental to her on-going success and has led her to produce some amazing results. We’re excited to see what she achieves next!
Senior Manager, Ieuan Davies was awarded Houston’s Consultant of the Month. Ieuan is repeatedly producing exceptional talent solutions for Oscar Construction’s clients, all whilst working incredibly hard to build his own growing team of high-performing consultants too. Great work Ieuan.
Tampa’s COTM went to Recruitment Consultant, Symantha Senn-Busingye. Our Identity Access Management specialist has made a super start to her Oscar journey and has been working hard to build strong relationships with her candidates and clients. Symantha also excelled at co-organising her first Oscar Tech networking event in Tampa this year too. Well done, Symantha.
Over in our Philadelphia office, Zach Tredway was crowned COTM for May. He delivers impressive results, shows an excellent work ethic and has been an influential player in our #Workday team’s success. Keep up the great work, Zach.
Our San Diego COTM went to our recently relocated Senior Consultant, Olivia Bettison. Liv’s extensive knowledge of the sustainability sector has been highly influential to her on-going success within our Oscar Energy brand. Congrats on the move and award, Liv!
Our Resource Consultant of the Month award went to Hannah Pegues. Hannah has made a brilliant start to her Oscar journey and we’re excited to see her progress further in her recruitment career as she continues to match outstanding ERP professionals with our clients across the US. Lisa Davis, from our Tampa office was awarded May’s Unsung Hero Award. Our incredibly hard-working Office Administrator, Lisa, continues to keep everything running smoothly in not only our growing Tampa office but has also provided great support for the rest of our six US offices. No task is too big or too small for Lisa and we really appreciate everything she does. Thanks Lisa!
