The Oscar Foundation is our commitment to the planet and its people. By aligning our efforts to United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals, we hope to influence positive change and provide a better world for future generations.

The Foundation is made up of Oscar Earth, our environmental initiative to help combat climate change, and Oscar Wildcats, our social commitment to creating a more diverse and inclusive community.

Through charitable partnerships and fundraising activities, we strive to take critical action to enforce positive social and environmental change. Our aim is not just to raise money for great causes, but to directly make a difference through meaningful impact.

As part of our environmental initiative, Oscar is committed to reducing our impact on the environment. Through GHG (Greenhouse Gas) reductions, emission management and climate awareness, we’re consistently reassessing our environmental standards to become a more responsible company.

Climate action

We are funding more charities that work towards tackling climate change, and use B-Corp standards as a basis to become a net-zero company.

Affordable and clean energy

We are dedicated to expanding Oscar Energy’s renewables division through a focus on ESG recruitment.

Responsible consumption and production

We aim to responsibly source our purchases, including merchandise, stationary and technologies, to encourage an environmental supply chain.

Oscar’s diversity and inclusion initiative, known as Oscar Wildcats, is our commitment to eliminate unlawful, unfair, and discriminatory practices of any kind.

No poverty

We support various charities across the globe in their fight against poverty in the communities that we influence, including homelessness, child hunger and unemployment.

Quality education

Ensuring people from all backgrounds have access to quality education is something we heavily invest in through our internal award-winning Learning and Development programme, The Wildcat Scholarship scheme and The SocialCode, our series of free thought-leadership events.

Reduced inequality

We are extremely passionate about reducing inequalities and support many charities with this mission at heart. This includes fundraising for Motherland Cycling Club in Houston, helping to “bridge gaps” through a common love for cycling.

Scholarship Programme

The Wildcat Scholarship contributes towards the college tuition fees of young people from under-privileged backgrounds in the US.

Industry Meetups - The SocialCode

The SocialCode is a series of free, inclusive thought-leadership events aimed at those with an interest in technology.

Our aim is to create an environment where people from all backgrounds, can come and feel a part of the conversation, focusing not just on the sharing of knowledge but also creating a true sense of community. With over 2,000 members so far, we have hosted events all over the globe:

Charity fundraising

Through our employee-run charity committees, we passionately support and take part in fundraising activities to give back to the communities that we influence.
