Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Multiple UK Offices (Hybrid)

Salary: £50,000 + plus commission

About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will take ownership of the sales cycle from initial conversation through to close, working with mid-sized and enterprise clients. You will engage decision makers, understand business challenges and position solutions that deliver real value.

Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract close
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Deliver product demonstrations and tailored proposals
  • Negotiate commercial terms
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity updates within the CRM

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B sales within SaaS or technology (FinTech preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle
  • Comfortable working with and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and relationship building ability
