The Role

You will operate as a senior escalation point within the technical team, supporting a range of client environments and resolving complex infrastructure issues.

The role will involve a mixture of 3rd line support, troubleshooting and infrastructure project work, giving you exposure to a wide range of technologies and environments.

You will also occasionally work directly with stakeholders within client organisations, so strong communication skills are important.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues
• Supporting Microsoft infrastructure environments across multiple clients
• Troubleshooting advanced 3rd line incidents
• Working with cloud, virtualisation and security platforms
• Supporting infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects
• Communicating technical solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders

Tech Environment

• You will be working across technologies such as:
• Microsoft 365
• Azure / Entra ID
• Windows Server / Active Directory
• Virtualisation platforms
• Backup and disaster recovery technologies
• Endpoint security and monitoring tools

What They're Looking For

• Experience in a 3rd Line Support or Infrastructure Engineer role
• Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft environments
• Experience supporting multiple systems or customer environments
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
• Full UK driving licence
