Head of Product

A growing organisation is looking for an experienced Head of Product to take ownership of its product function and play a key role in its next phase of growth.

This is a senior position combining strategic leadership, team development and practical decision-making, with close interaction across the wider business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll set the direction for the product function, establish priorities and help ensure the team delivers products that create clear value for customers and the business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap.

Lead, coach and develop the Product team.

Use customer, market and commercial insight to inform priorities.

Partner with Engineering and senior stakeholders to balance ambition with deliverability.

Make informed decisions around investment, scope and timelines.

Strengthen product discovery, planning and delivery practices.

Contribute to wider commercial and strategic initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Significant experience in product leadership, ideally within software, technology or B2B environments.

A proven record of developing products from concept through launch and growth.

Experience hiring, managing and developing Product Managers.

Strong strategic thinking and commercial awareness.

The ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively with technical teams.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

A practical, outcome-focused approach to product management.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

Background in a scaling or entrepreneurial organisation.

Experience growing a Product function.

Exposure to complex B2B or enterprise products.

An interest in emerging technology and evolving product practices.
