We're growing our development team and are looking for developers and technical consultants who want to work on complex, business-critical systems not just isolated feature

What You'll Work On

• Designing and building Epicor customizations that support real operational workflows
• Developing Business Process Automations (BPMs) to eliminate manual effort
• Creating integrations and APIs connecting Epicor to external systems
• Building reports, dashboards, and analytics that drive decision-making
• Supporting implementations, upgrades, and migrations (including Epicor Kinetic)
• Troubleshooting and improving performance, stability, and scalability
• Collaborating with consultants, project managers, and clients to solve real problems

Who We're Looking For

We're open to two profiles:

Epicor Developers

• Hands-on experience with Epicor (E9, E10, or Kinetic)
• Strong background in customizations, BPMs, BAQs, and reporting
• Comfortable working in ERP environments with real business complexity

Developers New to Epicor

• Strong experience in enterprise or ERP-style systems
• Solid development fundamentals (C#, .NET, SQL, APIs, integrations)
• Proven ability to ramp quickly into complex platforms
• Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working close to the business

How You'll Work

• Collaborate with experienced Epicor consultants and developers
• Balance hands-on development with problem-solving and solution design
• Work on multiple client environments or long-term projects
• Local to Chicago, IL is a plus but remote options available
