Workday Adaptive Planning Architect
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Salary: $165,000 - $186,200
A leading Workday consulting firm is seeking a Senior Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to join a high-performing, specialized team supporting some of the most complex Adaptive customers in the ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading sophisticated projects, mentoring team members, and making a direct impact on client success.
Lead end-to-end Adaptive implementations and Phase X initiatives
Design and configure multi-dimensional models, sheets, and dashboards
Align Adaptive Planning with Workday HCM and Financials for data integrity
Architect integrations between Workday and external systems
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices
4+ years of Workday Adaptive implementation or AMS experience
Expertise in at least two areas: modeling, OfficeConnect/reporting, security, or integrations
Strong understanding of Adaptive's interaction with HCM and Financials
Advanced Excel skills
Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
