Salary: $76,000 - $150,200
A leading Workday consulting firm is seeking a Workday Payroll Consultant to support post-production initiatives and ongoing optimization for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, test, and deploy solutions across Workday Payroll modules
Lead client sessions, gather requirements, and recommend best practices
Support AMS, enhancements, and Phase X projects
Manage timelines, quality, and multiple concurrent engagements
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices
Requirements
2+ years of U.S. Workday Payroll implementation or AMS experience
Strong knowledge of pay components, taxes, accounting, reporting, retro, FLSA, EIBs, and data conversion
Experience leading projects through the full lifecycle
Advanced Excel and strong client-facing communication skills
Remote role with competitive compensation and high-impact client work.
