The Role

An industry-leading technology solutions provider is seeking an Acumatica ERP Consultant to support implementation and ongoing client support for a modern cloud ERP platform.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to implement, configure, and support Acumatica ERP, helping organizations optimize their business processes. The position combines ERP implementation projects, system troubleshooting, and client training, ensuring customers gain maximum value from their ERP investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Acumatica ERP implementations, including configuration and setup

• Provide technical and functional support for Acumatica users

• Troubleshoot system issues and deliver effective solutions

• Work with clients to understand requirements and improve system usage

• Deliver user training and guidance on Acumatica functionality

• Document issues, solutions, and system configurations

Skills & Experience

• Experience with Acumatica ERP

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP issues

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Experience working with ERP implementations and system configuration
