Head of Business Systems (Epicor Kinetic)

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Springfield, Missouri, looking to bring in a Head of Business Systems to take ownership of their Epicor ERP (Kinetic) environment and lead their internal systems team.

This is a key leadership hire, responsible for driving ERP performance, improving business processes, and ensuring the system is aligned with operational goals across the organization.

The Role

You'll be the go-to leader for all things Epicor, managing a small team while working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead and develop the Business Systems / ERP team
Own and optimize the Epicor Kinetic environment
Partner with business leaders to improve processes and system usage
Drive ERP enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Act as the bridge between technical teams and business users
Oversee system integrations, reporting, and data integrity
Manage third-party vendors and Epicor partners where required

What We're Looking For

Strong experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred)
Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
Experience leading or mentoring ERP / Business Systems teams
Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
Hands-on capability with configuration, support, or improvement projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
