Oscar is working with a leading provider of intelligent content management and business automation solutions that is looking for an experienced Business Process Automation Practice Manager to join their team.
As the Business Process Automation (BPA) Practice Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and shaping the company's BPA practice. Working closely with the Digital Transformation Services leadership team, this individual will oversee the strategic direction, operational excellence, and continued growth of the BPA practice while ensuring seamless integration with broader organizational initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong client-facing leadership, technical expertise, and project delivery experience with the ability to drive innovation and build trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Sales team to lead discovery and solutioning activities for strategic client opportunities.
Identify customer business requirements, pain points, and value propositions.
Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
Develop and present solution recommendations aligned with customer objectives.
Collaborate with clients to gain alignment and approval on project plans and outcomes.
Serve as a primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Foster strong client relationships by providing strategic guidance and technical leadership.
Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and Statements of Work (SOWs) in partnership with the VP of Professional Services.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in business process automation, digital transformation, or enterprise technology consulting.
Proven experience leading client engagements and delivering complex enterprise solutions.
Strong understanding of process automation technologies, intelligent document processing, workflow solutions, and content management platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and customer-facing initiatives.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI-driven automation, Intelligent Capture, or Content Services platforms.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and enterprise solution delivery frameworks.
Experience developing Statements of Work (SOWs), project estimates, and solution proposals.
Consulting or professional services background preferred.
