Position Summary: We're seeking a Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy efficient data pipelines and analytics solutions. You'll work with large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights while maintaining focus on system architecture, reliability, and quality. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and curate datasets for solution development
- Design and implement quantitative models and data pipelines
- Perform data analysis, validation, and quality assurance
- Deploy solutions in collaboration with product teams
- Take a systems-level approach to integrate solutions into larger projects
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Expert-level Python skills, particularly with data libraries (Pandas, PyArrow)
- Strong database management experience (MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with large-scale data processing and batch pipeline implementation
- Background in cloud architectures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud computing experience (AWS, GCloud, Azure)
Location: Randolph Air Force Base, San Antonio, TX Onsite, 5 Days a Week
Compensation: $90,000 - $170,000,
