Job Description - Founding GTM Hire (Sales / Partnerships)
Company: Early-stage ServiceNow AI Build & Consulting Partner (North America-based)
Location: Remote - North America
We are an early-stage, venture-backed ServiceNow AI build and consulting partner helping enterprises unlock the full potential of AI within the ServiceNow ecosystem. As a founding GTM hire, you'll be on the ground floor of building our commercial motion-helping shape strategy, drive revenue, and scale our presence across North America.
What You'll Do
Own the full GTM motion: prospecting, building pipeline, and closing deals with ServiceNow customers and partners.
Develop and strengthen relationships within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.
Collaborate directly with founders on sales strategy, partnerships, and growth execution.
Be a visible evangelist for AI innovation in the ServiceNow space.
What We're Looking For
3-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM roles (AE, SDR Manager, Sales Director, etc.)-ideally at a ServiceNow partner.
High-energy, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up.
Strong network within the ServiceNow ecosystem is a major plus.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments.
