The Role

The position is based near the Dallas-Fort Worth area and will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile transportation infrastructure projects on time and to specification.
In this role, you'll oversee daily site activities, coordinate with project managers, and manage crews and subcontractors while ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all phases of bridge and highway construction, from site prep through final inspection.
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and productivity.
Enforce jobsite safety in accordance with company policy and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain clear documentation and communication with project management, field engineers, and DOT representatives.
Provide daily reports, resolve field-level issues, and drive project milestones to completion.
What You'll Need to Bring
Prior experience as a Superintendent or General Foreman on bridge and heavy highway construction projects.
In-depth understanding of TxDOT standards and highway infrastructure processes.
Proven ability to lead field crews, manage subcontractors, and maintain high-quality standards on-site.
Strong focus on safety culture and project documentation.
Experience with structures, retaining walls, drainage, roadwork, and traffic control is highly desirable.
