We are looking for an experienced First Line IT Support Technician to join a school on a 1-month contract. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support to staff and students, ensuring IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Requirements:
Proven industry experience in IT support.
Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and networks.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must hold an Enhanced DBS (required for working in schools).
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for IT queries.
Resolve common IT issues quickly and effectively.
Support the setup and maintenance of classroom and office IT equipment.
Escalate more complex issues when needed.
