Your Role Will Involve:
Managing the execution of projects such as treatment plants, mains, pumping stations, pipelines, and related infrastructure
Coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle: budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management
Monitoring progress, costs, and quality through clear communication with stakeholders
Leading on-site teams, enforcing health and safety, and addressing site hazards proactively
Handling project documentation, financial tracking, and contract-related processes
Delivering accurate pay applications and ensuring a seamless project close-out process including commissioning and warranty phases
Skills & Experience We're Looking For:
Previous experience (3-5 years preferred) managing water or wastewater construction projects
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to lead teams and delegate effectively
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of construction materials, processes, and safety protocols in civil engineering
Familiarity with project scheduling and reporting tools (Primavera P6 and PDF editing software)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ideal Candidate Background:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field
Able and willing to travel to various project locations as required
Must hold a valid driver's license
