    Project Manager

    Responsibilities

    Management will center around commercial projects within our core markets of K-12 education and healthcare. The Project Manager will work closely with project executives, superintendents, engineers, and regional leadership while being accountable for the following:

    • Maintain comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of project scope, drawings, and specifications.

    • Oversee cost control, billings, collections, change management, forecasting, cash flows, and monthly reporting.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants.

    • Provide leadership and oversight to jobsite teams and self-perform work crews.

    • Ensure project completion, financial success, and overall customer satisfaction.

    • Coordinate, develop, and manage detailed project schedules, including procurement and logistics planning.

    • Drive safety culture, quality control, and adherence to company standards.


    Qualifications

    We are seeking a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deliver high-quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

    • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to identify and resolve complex technical and management issues.

    • Capacity to build, motivate, and sustain strong team morale.

    • Solid understanding of commercial building processes, systems, and sequencing.

    • Thorough knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC (or similar), and scheduling platforms such as MS Project or Primavera.

    • 5-10 years of commercial construction experience, with direct experience in K-12 or healthcare projects.

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

    • Strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
