What You'll Be Doing:
- Consulting & Relationship Building: Match top talent to leading companies by developing relationships and understanding the needs of both.
- Negotiation & Influence: Hone essential business skills by negotiating commercial agreements and influencing outcomes to achieve the best results.
- Digital Marketing & Branding: Create engaging job content and actively market and promote it on social media channels to attract passive candidates.
- Business Development: Build your own client portfolio through strategic cold calling, networking, and selling our specialized recruitment services (Retained, Contingent, Contracting).
- Commercial Expertise: Gain a strong commercial awareness of a niche, high-value vertical market, building a network that generates leads and referrals.
