Salesforce Certified Technical Architect

About the Role

We are searching for an accomplished Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA). This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization that leverages Salesforce to deliver transformative digital solutions at scale.

As a CTA, you will serve as the strategic technical leader, shaping Salesforce architecture across complex ecosystems. You will engage directly with C-level stakeholders, translate business objectives into scalable technical designs, and guide multi-cloud implementations that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture strategy across multiple business units.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant solutions.

• Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices, governance, and enterprise architecture.

• Partner with executive stakeholders to align Salesforce initiatives with business vision.

• Oversee multi-cloud implementations (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Commerce, Industries).

• Define integration and data migration strategies across large-scale enterprise systems.

• Mentor technical teams and guide Salesforce-certified professionals towards excellence.

• Ensure compliance with architectural principles, security standards, and data privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential (active).

• 6 years experience in designing and delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

• Strong background in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and integration with external platforms.

• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture patterns, data modeling, and security.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to present at executive level.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level programs.

Preferred Skills

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Industries certifications).

• Experience within regulated industries

• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment best practices.

• Strong understanding of enterprise integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica).
