Senior Manger: Salesforce Implementation

An industry-leading organization specializing in operational optimization is seeking an experienced Salesforce leader to help lead an implimentaion of Salesforce Service Cloud. This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, program governance, and team development-ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, leadership, and transformation.

🔹 The Opportunity

You'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the Salesforce Service Cloud, while managing the roadmap of platform enhancements aligned to strategic goals. You'll build and coach a growing Salesforce team, work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, and own relationships with external partners and vendors.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex Salesforce initiatives end-to-end

• Develop platform strategy, technical roadmaps, and performance KPIs

• Manage platform governance, integrations, and security best practices

• Collaborate with business units to prioritize and translate requirements

• Build and develop a high-performing internal team

• Report regularly to senior leadership on progress and ROI

🔹 Your Background

• 5 years in program or project management (at least 2 years with Salesforce)

• Background in enterprise systems implementation and support

• Proven leadership experience with direct reports

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field

• Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce Admin are a plus
