    We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily projects in the Dallas market. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering podium, wrap, and garden-style communities from preconstruction through closeout. This is a leadership role that will oversee field operations, subcontractor performance, and project schedules to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead all field operations for podium, wrap, and garden-style multifamily projects ($30M-$80M ).

    • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines achieved.

    • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and field staff.

    • Conduct regular site safety meetings, ensuring OSHA standards and company policies are enforced.

    • Manage daily reporting, inspections, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Partner closely with Project Managers and owners to maintain budgets, resolve conflicts, and deliver high-quality results.

    • Oversee punch list, unit turnover, and final project closeout.

    • Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

    Qualifications

    • 10 years of superintendent experience, with at least 5 years in multifamily construction.

    • Strong background in podium, wrap, and garden-style projects.

    • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other construction management tools.

    • OSHA 30 certification (required).

    • Excellent communication and leadership skills; proven ability to manage large teams and multiple subcontractors.

    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
