    Now Hiring: Superintendent - Commercial Construction

    Location: Dallas/ Austin, TX

    Overview:
    We are looking for a seasoned Superintendent to lead day-to-day construction operations on high-profile commercial projects. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing complex builds with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.

    This role offers the chance to oversee impactful projects in K-12 education, healthcare, and data center construction, ensuring successful delivery from ground-up through closeout.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety requirements

    • Develop and implement detailed site logistics, schedule management, and subcontractor coordination plans

    • Lead daily toolbox talks, safety meetings, and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies

    • Manage material deliveries, equipment usage, and quality control procedures

    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain schedule and budget adherence

    • Build strong working relationships with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and design teams

    • Prepare and maintain daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

    • Mentor and supervise field personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance


    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction

    • Proven track record managing projects valued at $10M , preferably in K-12, healthcare, or data center sectors

    • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety standards

    • Proficient with construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar)

    • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage diverse teams effectively

    • OSHA 30 certification preferred

    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
