CSI/SyteLine Operations Specialist

We are seeking an ERP Operations Consultant with strong experience in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine). You will lead ERP implementations and optimizations, helping clients improve processes, performance, and efficiency through best practices and automation. This role requires up to 50% travel with a remote home office setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementations (3-5 years Infor CSI/SyteLine experience required)

• Configure and support Infor CSI, Mingle, and APS scheduling

• Train users and provide ongoing system support

• Identify gaps, design solutions, and develop process improvements

• Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and personalizations

• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to drive performance improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations and team leadership

• Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Prior success in fast-paced, growing organizations
