The Role
A respected civil contractor with a strong regional presence is seeking a well-rounded Project Manager to lead the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the DFW Metroplex. This position is best suited for someone with broad technical expertise and a proven ability to manage jobs from pre-construction through final closeout.
Projects typically range from $5M to $50M, covering highway improvements, concrete paving, earthwork, and utility installations. You'll play a key role in overseeing timelines, budgets, team performance, and client relationships while being part of a business that values leadership, trust, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Full Project Oversight: Manage the execution of multiple infrastructure projects from mobilization to completion, ensuring scope, quality, and safety are prioritized.
Financial Performance: Oversee all fiscal aspects including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and final project profitability.
Team & Field Leadership: Guide field supervisors, subcontractors, and project engineers while promoting a proactive and safety-focused culture.
Resource Planning: Coordinate labor, materials, and heavy equipment to meet demanding project schedules.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the go-to contact for public agencies, general contractors, and clients, managing communications and expectations with professionalism.
Process & Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and apply best practices across all aspects of delivery.
What You'll Bring
5 years of experience managing civil projects in the $5M-$50M range, ideally with a mix of highways, earthworks, paving, and underground utility scopes.
Solid working knowledge of TxDOT standards, site development requirements, and local municipal processes.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary field teams and manage subcontractor relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with industry-standard software tools for project controls, scheduling, and cost management.
