The Senior Role: Drive, Autonomy, and Expertise

As a Senior Consultant, you won't just manage a desk-you will own and strategically grow a profitable vertical market. You will leverage the full 360-recruitment model with an emphasis on high-level business development and delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively identify, pitch, and secure new client partnerships across the US construction sector, specializing in one of the following areas: heavy civil, wastewater, MEP (mechanical engineering plumbing), industrial, commercial, multi-family, data centers.
• Lead commercial negotiations for rates, fees, and long-term exclusive agreements, demonstrating strong commercial expertise to maximize profitability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Construction Directors, VPs, and HR leaders, providing detailed information such as market insights, salary benchmarking, and strategic talent acquisition advice.
• Master the end-to-end recruitment process for complex and high-level roles (e.g., Project Managers, ETC.).
• Serve as a role model and mentor for junior colleagues, contributing to the development and success of the wider Austin team.
• Continuously build and maintain a sophisticated network of top-tier construction professionals and key industry contacts to stay ahead of market trends and build a proprietary talent pipeline.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2 years of proven 360-agency recruitment experience with a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding high revenue targets.
• Sales Acumen: Exceptional B2B sales and business development skills, with confidence in making outbound calls, running client meetings, and closing complex deals.
• Impact & Drive: Highly results-driven and self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a passion for winning business.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills-you can articulate value to both a CEO and a candidate.
• Construction Industry knowledge is a plus!
