In this full-time position, you'll be the first line of defense for resolving software challenges faced by users of a cloud-based ERP platform. From managing incoming tickets to troubleshooting complex issues, you'll ensure users get the support they need to keep operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, delivering clear solutions to clients, and continuously building your product knowledge to offer the most effective guidance.
Beyond resolving technical queries, you'll also have the opportunity to deliver user education and product insights-turning tech hiccups into teachable moments and enabling better system use across a range of industries.
Respond to end-user queries via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and effective support.
Investigate and diagnose technical issues within the ERP platform, identifying root causes and offering sustainable solutions.
Work alongside product and development teams to escalate, track, and resolve advanced cases.
Log support activity and outcomes with clarity to build a rich knowledge base and spot recurring trends.
Deliver product walkthroughs and informal training to users, improving adoption and usage efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates and best practices through ongoing training and collaboration.
A degree in a Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience supporting enterprise software, ideally within ERP or SaaS ecosystems.
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
Comfortable managing multiple requests at once, with excellent communication skills to match.
A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative.
Exposure to Acumatica ERP or similar mid-market ERP platforms.
Familiarity with cloud software, SaaS architecture, or business process automation tools.
