We are looking for an experienced First Line IT Support Technician to join a school on a 1-month contract. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support to staff and students, ensuring IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Proven industry experience in IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and networks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must hold an Enhanced DBS (required for working in schools).
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT queries.
- Resolve common IT issues quickly and effectively.
- Support the setup and maintenance of classroom and office IT equipment.
- Escalate more complex issues when needed.
