SUPERINTENDENT - COMMERCIAL INTERIOR

Our client is a nationally recognized commercial contractor known for a culture of excellence, exceptional client service, and a proven track record of developing leaders from within. They are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent who is eager to learn, grow, and help expand their reach across multiple markets.

This is a role for a seasoned field leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys travel, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work while representing a best-in-class organization.

Field Leadership & Execution

• Lead all field staff on assigned projects

• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure work meets plans, specifications, and schedules

• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and staffing to support timely execution

• Monitor progress and proactively address field challenges

Project & Team Coordination

• Partner closely with Project Managers to align schedule, budget, and execution

• Complete and manage all required field documentation, including:

  • Daily reports

  • Time sheets

  • Safety and accident reports

• Direct subcontractor activities and manage work sequencing

Quality & Safety Leadership

• Promote and enforce exemplary safety performance on every jobsite

• Conduct regular jobsite audits and site walks to ensure standards are met

• Assist teams with complex quality control and constructability challenges

• Lead pre-punch walks to identify trends and ensure smooth, timely closeout

Mentorship & Culture

• Lead by example through a "do and teach" approach

• Train, coach, and mentor Superintendents at all levels

• Uphold and promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and excellence
