Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Rope Access Blade Technicians (IRATA or SPRAT Level 1-3) to support upcoming wind projects across the United States. This is a travel-based, rotation role for technicians with hands-on composite repair experience and the ability to work safely and efficiently in high-angle environments.

Qualifications

• IRATA or SPRAT Level 1, 2, or 3 certification

• Blade repair experience (structural and cosmetic, Category 1-5)

• GWO Certified (BST required)

• Travel-ready and able to work rotation-based projects

• Strong safety standards and field reliability

• Team-oriented mindset

Scope of Work

• Internal and external blade repairs

• Leading Edge Protection (LEP) installs

• Structural composite rebuilds

• Rope access and platform-based access work
