AV Engineer - £40-60K
We're after a hands-on AV professional to lead complex installs, make meeting spaces sing, and keep clients smiling.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end projects: survey → rack build → install → commission → sign-off
- Configure/commission Crestron/Extron/Q-SYS, DSPs (QSC/Biamp), and Teams/Zoom Rooms
- Tune audio, optimise video, and solve gnarly on-site issues fast
- Mentor juniors, document everything, and be the calm voice with customers
What you'll bring
- 5 years in pro AV, site leadership on mid/large projects
- Strong with control systems (Crestron/Extron/AMX), DSPs, and networked AV (Dante/AVB)
- IP networking basics (VLANs, PoE), neat racks/cabling, clean UK licence
- Nice-to-have: CTS/CTS-I/CTS-D, programming, CAD/Visio
